text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_4WqzksGYqCk/TJwik_5_DhI/AAAAAAAAAh0/yS93qnf0WsY/s1600/POUND+CAKE.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_4WqzksGYqCk/TJwik_5_DhI/AAAAAAAAAh0/yS93qnf0WsY/s320/POUND+CAKE.JPG" width="320" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pound Cake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan :&lt;br /&gt;3 butir telur (suhu ruang)&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm susu cair (suhu ruang)&lt;br /&gt;150 gr terigu&lt;br /&gt;150 gr gula&lt;br /&gt;185 margarine (jika pake unsalted butter tambahkan 1/4 sdt garam)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt vanila extrak (ga pake juga gapapa kali ya)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Gabungkan telur, susu dan vanila extrak, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;2. Dalam baskom mixer, masukkan bahan-bahan kering seperti terigu, gula, (garam jika pakai unsalted butter). mixer bahan-bahan kering itu selama 30 detik sampai tercampur dengan kecepatan rendah&lt;br /&gt;3. Kemudian tambahkan margarine dan 1/2 gabungan telur susu tadi. mixer sampai moist, kemudian naikkan kecepatan mixer sampai medium dan mixer sampai 1 menit untuk mengembangkan struktur kue&lt;br /&gt;4. Kemudian tambahkan 1/2 bagian gabungan telur susu tadi dalam 2 kali penambahan, tambahkan setengahnya dulu mixer sampai 30 detik kemudian tambahkan lagi semuanya dan mixer lagi sampai 1 menit.&lt;br /&gt;5. Taruh di loyang yang kecil aja, aku taruh di loyang hati. tp di primbon disuruh taruh di loyang 23x13x8 cm sebelumnya kasih margarine dulu&lt;br /&gt;6. Panggang di oven dengan suhu 190 derajat celcius selama 40 menit dengan api bawah dan 20 menit dgn api atas bawah &lt;br /&gt;7. Rebus susu, cokelat, agar-agar dan gula pasir sambil aduk-aduk hingga cokelat larut dan susu panas.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ambil 1 sendok sayur adonan agar-agar, aduk bersama kuning telur kocok.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuangkan kembali ke dalam adonan agar-agar. Masak hingga mendidih. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;4. Aduk-aduk hingga uapnya hilang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang ke dalam cetakan puding. Biarkan hingga dingin dan mengeras.&lt;br /&gt;6. Simpan dalam lemari es hingga dingin.&lt;br /&gt;7. Potong-potong. Sajikan bersama Vlanya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vla: &lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus susu dan gula hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ambil sedikit susu, aduk dengan telur hingga rata. &lt;br /&gt;3. Tuangkan kembali ke dalam susu. Aduk rata. &lt;br /&gt;4. Tambahkan larutan maizena, aduk hingga kental. Angkat. &lt;br /&gt;5. Tambahkan rum, jika suka. Biarkan hingga dingin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk 10 potong&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt; Cara Membuat ala Luchan &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pudding:&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur agar-agar, susu dan gula pasir aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur kuning telur dengan 2 sendok makan campuran susu dan agar-agar. aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur coklat bubuk dengan 2 sdm campuran susu dan agar-agar. aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan campuran kuning telur dan coklat bubuk ke dalam larutan susu dan agar-agar aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Potong DCC kecil-kecil dan masukkan ke larutan agar-agar susu&lt;br /&gt;6. Setelah semua bahan dicampur jadi satu di masak dengan api kecil sampai mendidih dan angkat dan dinginkan masukkan ke kulkas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vla:&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur susu, agar-agar, gula, kuning telur, maizena dan rhum jadi satu aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;2. Minyak harus super panas, tapi pas menumis kecilkan sedikit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Irisan bawang merah, setelah bawang putih matang (kurang lebih 2 menit), masukkan irisan bawang merah dan tumis sampai matang. Jika sudah tercium bau wangi berarti sudah matang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Bawang putih dan bawang merah adalah titik paling penting memasak nasi goreng. Setelah kedua bahan itu matang, disini kita bisa menambahkan apa saja, seperti cabai yang sudah diiris atau diulek atau digiling, kemudian mungkin bakso, sosis, sawi jika suka, atau bahkan ikan asin (untuk nasi goreng ikan asin gunakan jambal roti demi hasil terbaik) dan petai. Kamu juga bisa memasukkan garam di sini. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Yang penting ingat! Jangan memasukkan telur yang masih mentah disini, nanti semua bumbu seperti bawang merah/putih akan terserap rasanya ke telur dan bikin rasa nasi goreng jadi kurang kuat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. Jika memang ingin memasukkan telur, kamu bisa mendadar atau mengorak-arik telur terlebih dulu secara terpisah baru masukkan ke wajan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Masukkan kecap secukupnya. Kenapa menambahkan kecap harus di session sebelum nasi? Karena kecap mengandung gula, dan gula yang terbakar dengan baik akan menambah rasa gurih nasi goreng. text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Bahan :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150 gram gula kastor &lt;br /&gt;100 gram terigu segitiga&lt;br /&gt;100 gram mentega&lt;br /&gt;100 gram DCC (kalau mau lebih nyoklat yang ditambahin gpp, sekita 125-140gram - boleh pakai merk apa aja : Cholatta, Tulip, Theys)&lt;br /&gt;2 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;kacang almond sangrai (alternatif lain : kacang kenari , tanah)&lt;br /&gt;Vanili&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Lelehkan mentega dan DCC sampai lumer, tambahkan gula aduk sampe rata masukkan telur, vanili aduk sampai tercampur rata, masukkan terigu .&lt;br /&gt;2. Terakhir masukkan kacang yang sudah di sangrai (banyak sedikitnya tergantung selera) (ga ada kacang jd ga dilakukan ya)&lt;br /&gt;3. Siapkan loyang brownies yang sudah dioles dengan mentega dan ditaburi terigu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan setengah adonan terus tata coklat corveture yang bulet2 spt kancing di atas adonan, kemudian tutup lagi dengan adonan sisa. (ini juga kelupaan huhu kelupaan semua deh)&lt;br /&gt;5. Panggang sampai matang ( pake suhu 200 derajat , kurleb 25 menit)&lt;br /&gt;6. Kalau suka ditengah adonan bisa diberi taburan keju, rasanya jadi gurih2 gitu. Kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai mengembang pake mixer kecepatan 3 (mixer philips). kayaknya yang ini terlalu ngembang karena ngocoknya 7 menit. emang gulanya larut tapi jadinya bolu hihi. harusnya 5 menit aja kali ya.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;2. Masukkan tepung terigu, garam, vanili, cokelat bubuk, aduk rata pakai spatula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;3. Masukkan minyak goreng, pake teknik aduk balik pakai spatula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;4. Masukkan almond &amp;amp; chocolate chips, aduk rata (aku skip ini karena ga punya almond dan kenari). Tuang ke dalam loyang 24 x 12 x 4 cm. Taburi irisan almond (aku taburi keju parut).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;5. Panggang selama 35 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius.(kalo aku dipanggang agak lama karena pake oven oxone, jadi dipanggang sekitar 50 menit, 40 menit api atas 10 menit api atas bawah dengan suhu 200 derajat)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;6. Campur tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk, aduk rata. Sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan cake emulsifier hingga mengembang dan kental, masukkan campuran tepung terigu sambil diayak, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Kemudian masukkan mentega leleh, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang adonan dalam loyang bulat garis tengah 20 cm yang sudah diolesi mentega dan dialasi kertas roti. Oven adonan selama 30 menit dengan suhu 180 °C hingga matang, dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Potong cake melintang menjadi tiga lembar, lalu basahi permukaan cake dengan simple syrup.&lt;br /&gt;5. Ambil selembar bagian cake yang sudah dibasahi dengan simple syrup. Olesi dengan filling. Tutup dengan selembar bagian cake. Olesi lagi dengan simple syrup.&lt;br /&gt;6. Kocok whipped cream hingga kaku, lalu oleskan ke atas permukaan cake. Lalu tata cherry. Dalam wadah, campur tepung terigu, gula, susu bubuk, ragi instant, aduk rata, masukkan kentang halus ,tuang telur dan air dingin, uleni hingga rata dan setengah kalis. &lt;br /&gt;2. Campur tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk, aduk rata. Sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan cake emulsifier hingga mengembang dan kental, masukkan campuran tepung terigu sambil diayak, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Kemudian masukkan mentega leleh, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang adonan dalam loyang kotak garis tengah 20 cm yang sudah diolesi mentega dan ditaburi terigu. Kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai mengembang pake mixer kecepatan 3 (mixer philips). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;2. Masukkan tepung terigu, garam, vanili, cokelat bubuk, aduk rata (kalo aku tetap dimixer dengan kecepatan paling rendah karena males ngaduk hehe).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;3. Masukkan minyak goreng, aduk rata (kalo aku dimixer dengan kecepatan paling rendah).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;4. Masukkan almond &amp;amp; chocolate chips, aduk rata (aku skip ini karena ga punya almond dan kenari). Tuang ke dalam loyang 24 x 12 x 4 cm. Taburi irisan almond (aku taburi keju parut).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;5. Panggang selama 35 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius.(kalo aku dipanggang agak lama karena pake oven oxone, jadi dipanggang sekitar 50 menit, 40 menit api atas 10 menit api atas bawah dengan suhu 200 derajat)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;6. Campur tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk, aduk rata. Sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan cake emulsifier hingga mengembang dan kental, masukkan campuran tepung terigu sambil diayak, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Kemudian masukkan mentega leleh, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang adonan dalam loyang bulat garis tengah 20 cm yang sudah diolesi mentega dan dialasi kertas roti. Oven adonan selama 30 menit dengan suhu 180 °C hingga matang, dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Potong cake melintang menjadi tiga lembar, lalu basahi permukaan cake dengan simple syrup.&lt;br /&gt;5. Ambil selembar bagian cake yang sudah dibasahi dengan simple syrup. Olesi dengan filling. Tutup dengan selembar bagian cake. Olesi lagi dengan simple syrup.&lt;br /&gt;6. Kocok whipped cream hingga kaku, lalu oleskan ke atas permukaan cake. Lalu tata cherry hitam diatasnya, tutupi dengan lembaran cake.&lt;br /&gt;7. Tutup semua permukaan cake dengan whipped cream.
